1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jijl99 ("jijl99," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jijl99 website located at jijl99.net and all associated services, games, and features offered thereon (collectively, the "Platform").

3 Account Registration & KYC

To access the full range of jijl99 services, you must register a player account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. jijl99 is entitled to rely on the information you provide, and any false or misleading information may result in immediate account termination.

4 Account Security

5 Deposits & Payments

All deposits and financial transactions on jijl99 are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits:

• GCash — instant deposit processing
• PayMaya (Maya) — instant deposit processing
• BPI Online Banking — subject to standard bank processing times
• BDO Online Banking — subject to standard bank processing times
• Metrobank Online Banking — subject to standard bank processing times
• USDT (Tether) — crypto stablecoin, converted at prevailing market rate

5.1 Minimum & Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at jijl99 is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Players who have completed full KYC verification are eligible for higher deposit limits. Please refer to the Cashier section of your jijl99 account for current applicable limits.

5.2 Deposit Conditions

All funds deposited into your jijl99 account must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the sending account does not match the name on your jijl99 account — are strictly prohibited and will be reversed. jijl99 will not be responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider in connection with deposits.

6 Withdrawals

jijl99 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests before processing, including but not limited to verification of source of funds, wagering history review, and identity re-confirmation. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending completion of such reviews.

Any bonus funds must satisfy the applicable wagering requirements in full before the associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived solely from that bonus.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

8 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jijl99 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage — arising from or in connection with your use of the jijl99 Platform, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable.

jijl99's total cumulative liability to you for any and all claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to jijl99 in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jijl99 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, third-party service failures, and events beyond jijl99's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific features.

13 Privacy & Data
